It is News Addiction’s policy to expeditiously block access to or remove content that it believes in good faith may contain material that infringes the copyrights of third parties or individuals and ensure responsive actions under the guidelines provided by DMCA. News Addiction  is a portal available for any internet user to view, share and display the content submitted by them. We do not host any content solely on our website although our users and public contributors do submit content in form of embed videos which are gathered from various websites like Youtube, Facebook, Dailymotion Etc. However, News Addiction strictly complies with copyrights of third parties and content owners. Therefore, if any individual, group or company believes that their content has been posted on News Addiction without their consent. They can contact us on our contact us form  and we will ensure you our immediate and strict action accordingly. Counter-Notice regarding removed material by content submitter:- If the content provider, member or user believes that the content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or the content provider, member or user believes that it has the right to post and use such content from the copyright owner, the content provider, member or user may send a counter-notice containing the following information to us on : 1. A physical or electronic signature of the content provider, member or user. 2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled. 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the content provider, member or user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake  of the material to be removed or disabled.
